With each passing day, the people of Elmwood grew more emotionally exhausted and disillusioned. Their once tight-knit community became fragmented, as fear and hopelessness permeated every aspect of their lives. The corporation had effectively silenced any form of dissent, crushing any attempts to challenge its authority.


The city's beauty and charm faded away, replaced by towering factories and polluted skies.
